The living experience in LYZONES is high standard because concepts of design and safety are based of American rules and regulation. Our building has an emergency fire staircase, sprinklers, and fire hose in case of an emergency fire or situation. In each unit we provide complimentary laundry, WiFi, all fully furnished, and cleaning service. Our condominium has a strict no pet rule as we like to keep our building clean and animal free. At LYZONES TOWERS we provide residents with a lot of facilities like pools, sauna, steam, jacuzzi, and gyms, all are free of use towards tenants staying with us. The pools are located on the 13th floor of LYZONES TOWER B and the 23rd floor of LYZONES TOWER C. Gyms are located on the 12th floor of LYZONES TOWER B and 12 floors of LYZONES TOWER C. LYZONES TOWER is the first to have face intercom and key-free rooms in Cambodia. Residents may use cards to access their unit, furthermore face intercom allows friends or family visiting to call up to your unit from the ground floor. An exclusive look into the penthouse, there are remote controlled curtains, Japanese style toilet, both penthouses are on the 20th floor and have massive windows giving a nice open view. We try to make your living experience in LYZONES TOWER the best we can by providing a US standard.
On the 23rd floor of LYZONES TOWER C, you could enjoy a nice barbecue as you could host events and birthdays at the pool. Healthy and happy residents is one of our number one priority. We accomplish it by our staff giving our tenants the best service both cleaning and maintenance. In addition physical health wise, having multiple exercise facilities providing residents long lives for a long stay.
